Aslı Kunur, who graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Psychology, completed her master’s degree in Human Resources at Marmara University. Her career started in 1996 and she joined Siemens Turkey as a “Human Resources Specialist” in 1999. Aslı Kunur, who worked in parallel with the duties of “Remuneration and Benefits Manager” as well as “Human Resources Business Partner” between 2008 and 2015, also took part in the company’s global projects in the fields of remuneration and fringe benefits.
She worked as a “Human Resources Business Partner” in Siemens Turkey’s Energy and Power Generation Services, Transportation and Building Technologies units between the years 2010 – 2014.Aslı Kunur took the position of “Human Resources Business Partner Manager” at Siemens Turkey in 2015 and as of September 1st, 2018, she continues her duty as “Siemens A.Ş. Human Resources Director”.
Kunur, who received an award in the 50 CHRO category of Fortune Magazine in 2019 and in 2021, also takes active role in the culture of respect in the workplace, digital transformation and diversity projects.
