Siemens Turkey Software Engineer
Semih Budak


Semih Budak was born in Erzurum, in 1997. Losing his congenital vision, Budak met with computer programming at the age of 10 and adopted software as a part of his life. Besides programming, he focused on foreign languages ​​and and has been graduated from the Department of English Translation and Interpretation at Marmara University.

After deciding to pursue a career in software, he participated in the “Barrier-Free Working Life Training Program” which has been organised in cooperation with Marmara University Disabled Student Unit Coordinator and 

During the trainings given by Mehmet Kızıltaş (the Founder of and the social entrepreneur) he learned about Siemens Digital Transformation Camp Project and participated. After having a 10 months training period, he has been successfully graduated from the Digital Transformation Camp, which was the turning point of his life. Currently he is working as a Software Engineer at Siemens.

Semih is interested in science-fiction and fantasy literature and loves to play text-based games.
