Erhan Özel graduated from the Department of Economics of Çukurova University. He began his career at Coca-Cola in 2002, where he worked in the Human Resources department until 2007. After taking part in the international restructuring of TEMSA in 2007, he transferred to MMK Metallurgy Company in 2012 as Human Resources Manager. Having conducted the restructuring of the Russian investment of MMK Metallurgy in Turkey, he worked on the installation of the Mersin plant of Hayat Chemistry. He has worked at TEMSA since 2014, serving as the Vice President of Human Resources. His chief interests are Cultural and Organizational Transformation and Social Leadership, and he plays a prominent role in creating the organizations of the future.
